Our policy of providing "best-in-class" service via a quality management system has resulted in the company being awarded ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 29-11-2010.

As part of our ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Policy, we regularly monitor customer satisfaction as one of the measurements of our performance. We also monitor information relating to customer perception as to whether we met their expectations.

This is an ongoing process, and helps to ensure that we are achieving our objectives and delivering on our promise for quality services, innovation and continual improvement.

We have developed our business by offering various services to our clients. The most important is our friendly and excellent services offered to our clients with the help of our efficient staff. We are about 115 people, in the field of Clearing and Forwarding. Our strategy is to build out standing relationship with our customers, with the support of our extensive knowledge in the field of Clearing and Forwarding.
